Purchases from Cheap Pool Products may be returned with in 30 days of purchase and could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special-order products (Liners) are NOT returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable. Books are not returnable. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. To return your parts please: Click on Return Request at the bottom of page and fill out form with your name, address, day phone number, email address, order number, parts you would like to return and the reason you want to return them. Credits for returned items usually take 2-3 weeks after our warehouse receives the part(s). |

| Cheap Pool Products - Shipping Policy |
Cheap Pool Products is not shipping orders outside of the Continental United States at this time. There will be a $7.95 handling charge for orders under $50. Shipping time will take approximately 5-7 business days. This does not apply to oversized items and orders that have to be shipped by common carrier (truck freight). |
